Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
We deliver throughout Norway only. Orders are accepted exclusively for customers with a Norwegian shipping address.
2. Shipping Methods
We work with a range of logistics partners depending on the product and supplier (including Posten, Bring, DHL, and others).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping is always included in the product price. There are no additional shipping charges for any order value.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is between 5 and 30 business days, depending on product type, stock status, and logistics.
5. Shipping Conditions
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information. Undelivered or misaddressed parcels due to incorrect customer information may incur additional fees.
6. Missing Delivery
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at post@scandigold24.no so we can investigate.
7. Transfer of Risk
Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. If your package is damaged during transport, please document with photos and notify us promptly.
Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal & Refund
As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product (in accordance with Norwegian right of withdrawal legislation).
2. Conditions for Refund
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Before returning an item, please contact us in writing at post@scandigold24.no to receive return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized to your wishes or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received and approved the returned product. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
6. Returns for Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please document the issue with photos and notify us at post@scandigold24.no. In case of manufacturing defect or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support. After shipment, cancellations are handled as returns.
2. Return or Exchange Conditions
You have a 14-day return window from receipt of goods if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
For returns/exchanges due to an error on our end or a product defect, please email post@scandigold24.no with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Exchange is only possible if the product is returned new, unused, and in original packaging.
Products that are customized or for hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Warranty
All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden faults under normal use. It does not cover damage due to misuse, external factors, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Force Majeure
In events outside our control (force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or government actions), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone delivery without compensation.
