How do I start selling on FinnHer 24/7?

To become a seller, you must first contact us at post@finnher247.no. After an evaluation process, which includes identity verification and legal compliance checks, we will sign a formal Seller Agreement with you. Once approved, you’ll be able to list your products on the platform.

What does it cost to sell on the platform?

We offer four subscription plans depending on the number of products you want to list — starting from €150 for 6 months. Additional marketing services (like highlighting your products or appearing in promo sliders) and an optional VIP status can help boost your visibility. A detailed pricing table is provided below.

What are the benefits of becoming a VIP seller?

VIP sellers get premium placement on promo pages, a trust badge, priority customer support, and 50% off all promotional services. They also receive full technical assistance for product imports and setup. VIP status starts at €200 per month and increases your chances of being chosen by buyers.

These Terms govern your use of the FinnHer 24/7 marketplace as a seller. By registering and listing products on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must also comply with all applicable laws in Norway and in the country from which you ship products.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining accurate seller information and for securing your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Seller Obligations

As a seller on FinnHer 24/7, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful product listings.

  • Clearly state delivery times and return policies.

  • Ensure products comply with all Norwegian regulations, including safety, labeling, and consumer rights.

  • Offer a valid product guarantee, if applicable.

  • Handle returns and refunds in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

  • Respond to customer complaints and cooperate in dispute resolution.

  • Use only supported shipping providers that allow track-and-trace functionality integrated with our platform. For any other delivery methods, prior written approval is required and must be specified in the seller agreement.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • You are responsible for packing and shipping products to the buyer in a timely manner.

  • All shipments must include a valid tracking number from an approved postal service.

  • Any delay or failure in delivery must be communicated to the buyer and to platform support.

5. Payments

  • All payments from buyers are processed by the Platform and held temporarily.

  • Payouts to sellers are released only after the buyer confirms receipt of the product or the withdrawal period (14 days) has passed without complaint.

  • Payment timelines and conditions are governed by your separate Seller Agreement with the Platform.

  • Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying applicable VAT, taxes, and customs duties in their jurisdiction.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Buyers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery unless the product falls under legal exceptions.

  • In case of a valid return, you are responsible for refunding the buyer. The platform may assist in coordinating the process, but the financial obligation lies with you.

  • Refunds must be issued promptly and in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

7. Non-Compliance and Account Termination

  • If you violate applicable laws or these Terms, your account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

  • Violations include (but are not limited to): false listings, refusal to honor guarantees or refunds, or failure to ship.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice in cases of serious or unresponsive behavior.

  • In less severe cases, we will issue a written warning before taking action.

8. Platform Fees

  • The platform may charge fees or commissions, which will be clearly stated in your Seller Agreement.

  • All fees are deducted from your payout, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

By uploading product listings and images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post misleading, unlawful, or offensive content

  • Sell counterfeit or restricted items

  • Engage in fraudulent or manipulative behavior

  • Upload malicious software or code

11. Liability

  • You are solely responsible for your listings, products, and interactions with buyers.

  • The Platform is not liable for your legal obligations as a seller.

  • You agree to indemnify the Platform against claims resulting from your actions or violations of these Terms.

12. Privacy and Data

We process all personal data in compliance with the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo, Norway.

How to Become a Seller

Becoming a seller on FinnHer 24/7 is a simple but structured process designed to ensure legal compliance, quality, and a smooth experience for both sellers and buyers.

Step 1: Vendor Registration

To begin, please fill out the seller registration form via the following link:

By submitting this form, you express your intent to become a verified vendor on our marketplace.

Step 2: Initial Review and Contact by Manager

After we receive your registration request, one of our marketplace managers will contact you by email (from post@finnher247.no) to initiate the onboarding process.

During this stage, we will:

  • Review your business details

  • Verify your identity and company registration

  • Request relevant documentation if needed (e.g. VAT number, company certificate)

  • Discuss your product category and business goals

  • Ensure compliance with Norwegian and EU trade laws

Step 3: Individual Consultation and Agreement

A dedicated manager will schedule a personal consultation via email or video call to discuss:

  • The terms and conditions of cooperation

  • Payment and payout procedures

  • Listing requirements and guidelines

  • Shipping and return policies

  • Product guarantees and customer service standards

  • Use of trackable shipping compatible with our system

  • Any technical or logistical assistance you may need

Based on this discussion, a formal Seller Agreement will be drafted and signed between you and FinnHer 24/7. This agreement is mandatory and defines all rights and obligations related to your activity as a seller.

Step 4: Technical Setup and Product Transfer (Optional)

If needed, our team can help with:

  • Migrating your product catalog from another platform

  • Importing data (CSV, XML, etc.)

  • Setting up product attributes, variants, images

  • Managing taxes, pricing rules, or categories

  • Providing admin panel guidance and documentation

This support is available upon request and may be included in your agreement depending on the complexity of the setup.

Step 5: Start Selling

Once the Seller Agreement is signed and your account is activated, you may start listing products and processing orders through our platform.

You will be able to manage your inventory, track orders, communicate with buyers, and monitor payouts via your seller dashboard.

Important Notes

  • Sellers receive payment only after the product has been delivered and accepted by the buyer, as per our payout policy.

  • All sellers are expected to comply with the Norwegian Consumer Protection Act, Angrerettloven, and relevant EU e-commerce laws.

  • Violations of platform rules or applicable legislation may result in account suspension or termination, with or without prior notice depending on the severity and responsiveness.
