F.A.Q. For buyers

How do I make a purchase on the platform?

To buy products, you need to create an account on the platform. Once registered, you can browse listings, add items to your cart, and complete your purchase through our secure third-party payment provider. The sales contract is concluded directly between you and the seller.

What are my rights if I want to return a product?

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to return most products within 14 days after receiving them, provided they are unused and in original condition. Some exceptions apply (e.g., perishable goods or personalized items). The seller is responsible for handling returns and refunds.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you experience issues such as non-delivery, damaged items, or incorrect products, you should first contact the seller directly. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact our support team at post@finnher.no, and we will assist you in resolving the dispute.
